PT Tera Logistic Indonesia is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve issues, ensuring smooth freight processes and accurate record-keeping.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to coordinate pickups, documentation, and deliveries while maintaining compliance with EXIM regulations and industry standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding preferred.
• Experience handling NVOCC.
• Strong understanding of EXIM regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software; PPJK license is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
