Job summary

PT Freight Cargo Logistics is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee all PPJK import-related activities, manage field operations at ports and airports, and drive efficiency across Ceisa 4.0, SSM Quarantine, and related licensing processes.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and government agencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop PIB calculations, HS code searches, and accurate document workflows while building strong relationships with partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Management, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years in PPJK, Freight Forwarding or Logistics with 2 years in management.
• Strong communication and leadership in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate modules in Sea & Air Import process flow (Ceisa 4.0, Manifest, SSM Quarantine, Licensing).
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency of customs and logistics processes.

• Prepare PIB calculations and HS code searches; ensure document accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with customers and business partners.

Job description

Responsible for all operational activities of PPJK related to imports. Operating various modules related to the Sea & Air Import process flow (Ceisa 4.0, Manifest, SSM Quarantine, Licensing such as PI, LS, Masterlist, etc.). Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customs and freight logistics processes. Coordinating with various parties, including customers, vendors, and government agencies. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and regulations in import activities. Preparing PIB calculations, searching HS codes and responsible for the accuracy and completeness of document processes. Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and business partners. Monitoring email, monitoring PIB team work and communicating with Overseas Agents and Customers. Preparing and sending quotations for Sea & Air Imports to Overseas Agents and Customers.

About you

Experienced with operational field work at ports and airports (if required)

Able to operate and understand technical aspects of Ceisa 4.0, SSM Quarantine, SLIM, Siap Terbang, Simelon, and Sipintar

Understand import documents, particularly Invoice, COO, HS Code and lartas fulfillment processes

Minimum S1 education in Management, Logistics, or related field

Minimum 5 years of work experience in PPJK, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics, with 2 years of experience in a managerial position

Understand export-import regulations and procedures applicable in Indonesia

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Results-oriented with good analytical capabilities

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
