Job summary

Brenntag Indonesia is seeking a seasoned pharmaceutical sales professional to drive middle-term targets and lead business development for supplier-originated products. Based in Jakarta Pusat, you will develop and execute sales plans and help grow a robust pipeline.

You will conduct market surveys, analyze competitiveness, and support pricing negotiations with suppliers. A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and at least 5 years in sales or R&D are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (required)
• 5+ years of experience in sales or R&D in pharmaceutical industries
• Strong understanding of sales planning and market development

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve middle sales targets and drive business development of new products from suppliers
• Establish an active sales pipeline and convert opportunities to commercialization
• Conduct market surveys and analyze market competitiveness; support pricing negotiations with suppliers
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Product Managers/Industry Market Managers; share best practices
• Maintain CRM records and ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 procedures
• Act as single point of contact for suppliers, reporting, technical advice, forecasting and stock maintenance
