PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk is seeking an energetic sales-focused account manager for its pharmaceutical raw materials division in Semarang. You will actively manage a growing portfolio, seek new clients, and build strong relationships with decision makers to drive revenue.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Profesi Apoteker) and a proven track record in pharma sales or account management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (Profesi Apoteker) is required.
Proven track record in account management or new business development in pharma preferred.
Experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical sector is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.

Responsabilités

Actively manage and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical raw materials accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and secure new clients in the pharmaceutical raw materials sector.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision makers.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to drive sales strategy.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as the face of the company.
