Job summary

PT.Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk in Jakarta Timur seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to build and maintain strong partnerships with key partners and stakeholders in the pharmacy e-commerce space.

You will develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and transaction targets, negotiate terms, monitor market trends, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in BD, sales, or e-commerce.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, online pharmacies, or FMCG/pharma preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce models and marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and transaction targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, product assortment, pricing, and partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in pharmacy e-commerce.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product) for smooth execution.
• Develop promotional programs and campaigns with e-commerce partners to boost visibility and sales.
• Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve revenue and partner performance.
• Prepare regular business reports and sales analyses for management.
• Maintain strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and digital healthcare trends.
