Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Area Sales Managers to achieve district targets.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, decision makers and customers.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure effective call coverage and field presence.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and discount programs within policy guidelines.
• Monitor district performance and report to Sales Manager monthly.
• Drive execution of marketing activities and product promotions across districts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
