Job summary

PT Mega Global Food Industry (KOKOLA GROUP) seeks a qualified Personalia Supervisor to oversee personnel administration, payroll, industrial relations, and employee matters in accordance with company policy and Indonesian regulations.

Based in Gresik with placement in Driyorejo, East Java, you will lead the HR team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage outsourcing, and ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Law.
• GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar HR/Personalia role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Law.

Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry.

Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and employment-related legal matters.

Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage a team and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Willing to be placed at Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java.
