Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Relations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day industrial relations activities and ensure harmonious employee-management relationships. The successful candidate will support compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations matters, and assist in maintaining a productive and legally compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate industrial relations and employee relations activities.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries.
• Support negotiations and administration of collective bargaining agreements (CBA).
• Act as liaison between management and employee representatives/unions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
• Prepare documentation for labor office submissions and legal proceedings.
• Conduct investigations into workplace disputes and misconduct cases.
• Advise line managers on IR procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate IR records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Employee Relations.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience handling unionized environments is an advantage.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
