Chocochips Boutique in Jakarta is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, and CPAS campaigns. You will optimize campaigns, manage budgets, test creatives, and analyze performance to drive profitable ecommerce growth.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta/TikTok ads and Shopee CPAS, plus a strong grasp of ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CPO, and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with Shopee Ads and CPAS/Collaborative Ads preferred.
• Experience in Fashion/Beauty/Retail/E-Commerce is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CPO, conversions, and related metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Data-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and target-oriented.
• WFO in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and CPAS/Collaborative Ads.
• Manage campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and daily performance optimization.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CPO, conversion rate, and GMV.
• Make data-driven decisions to scale, optimize, maintain, or stop campaigns based on performance.
• Allocate advertising budgets effectively across platforms, campaigns, audiences, and products to maximize results.
• Identify Hero SKUs, new arrivals, best sellers, and high-potential products to push through paid advertising.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
• Analyze creative performance and provide actionable feedback to the Creative/Content team.
• Develop strategies to acquire new customers while optimizing retargeting and conversion campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with advertising trends, platform changes, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
