Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Banten, Indonesia. The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital channels to drive conversions and ROI. Daily responsibilities include setting up campaigns, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and producing regular reports with actionable insights. The role involves collaborating with the creative and account teams to develop compelling ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies. The specialist will also conduct A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and overall client performance.
