Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our Indonesia-based team. You will own client relationships, manage digital marketing campaigns across marketplaces and social channels, and drive KPI-driven results in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in digital marketing, strong knowledge of Google Ads, and proficiency in tracking tools. English fluency is essential and certifications in Meta/Google are a plus.

Qualifications

1–2 years of digital marketing/e-commerce marketing experience.
Proficient in Google Ads; knowledge of Lazada/Shopee ads is a plus.
Experience with Facebook and TikTok ads is desirable.
Strong budgeting, tracking, and optimization skills.
Fluent in English; certification in Meta or Google ads a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces and social channels.
Collaborate with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs with regular reporting.
Monitor revenue delivery and budgets; provide real-time targeting recommendations.
Create and implement A/B testing frameworks for growth.
Produce analytics and performance reports, offering optimization insights.
