• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze KPIs for all paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, display ads).
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the performance marketing landscape and propose data-backed strategies.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all marketing channels using tools like Google Analytics and specialized attribution platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
