Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Associate in Jakarta to lead end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, with a strong focus on performance and business outcomes. You will manage budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and audience segments to achieve targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising, excellent analytical skills, and a solid grasp of funnel strategy, retargeting, and measurement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance/digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Solid understanding of funnel strategy, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and budgeting.
• Experience with Malaysia market campaigns is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4 and pixel-based tracking.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, with a strong focus on performance and business outcomes.
  


• Manage campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, placements, creatives, and audience segments to achieve performance targets.
  


• Monitor campaign performance closely and proactively identify opportunities to grow efficiently


• Lead ongoing testing and experimentation across ad creatives, messaging, audiences, offers, campaign objectives, placements, and bidding strategies


• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.


• Manage and optimize advertising budgets based on performance, business priorities, and expected returns.


• Stay up to date with changes to Meta and TikTok algorithms, ad products, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Who We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid social advertising, with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance drivers, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  


• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including funnel strategy, audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, creative testing, budget optimization, bidding, and campaign scaling


• Experience managing campaigns targeting the Malaysia market would be a strong advantage.


• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and digital campaign tracking, including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, conversion tracking, and event tracking


• Working knowledge of SEM and SEO, including an understanding of keyword strategy, search campaign performance, website traffic, and organic search fundamentals.


• Good understanding of website performance and conversion optimization, including landing page performance and customer journey analysis.
