• 3-5 years in performance or paid social advertising
• Hands-on with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Strong data interpretation and strategic insights
• Experience targeting Malaysia market a plus
• Familiar with GA4 and pixel tracking
• Knowledge of SEM/SEO fundamentals
• Understanding landing page performance and CRO

• Own end-to-end paid campaigns strategy and optimization
• Manage structures, budgets, bidding, placements, creatives, audiences
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
