Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking a performance marketing specialist to own paid media and organic growth across Indonesia in electronics, personal gadgets, and baby products. You will directly manage Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok campaigns, while coordinating with the e-commerce team to optimize CPAS and marketplace ads.

You will drive PDP SEO, monitor ROAS, and conduct A/B testing to improve efficiency. Prior experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and ad platforms is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing and performance advertising experience for consumer products.
• Prefer 2024–2026 graduates; strong candidate pipeline for students.
• At least 1 year in a digital advertising agency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and CPAS integrations to drive GMV.
• Consolidate ad accounts, brand assets, and tracking to reduce agency overhead.
• Lead PDP SEO and optimize titles, keywords, and image tags for organic rank.
• Monitor CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS; run A/B tests on audiences and bidding.
