Job summary

Intrepid Asia, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive paid campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Google Shopping, and social media. You will own client relationships and manage end-to-end campaigns aligned with client objectives to maximize ecommerce performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, real-time optimization, and collaboration with brand partners in a fast-growing SEA market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads OR eCommerce Marketplace Search Ads (Lazada, Shopee).
• Experience with Facebook and TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Experience in media planning, budgeting, optimization, and negotiating with 3rd parties.
• Experience in tracking (GA, GTM, Facebook Pixel, UTM, Campaign Manager).
• Strong understanding of major advertising metrics.
• Familiar with measurement platforms like Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform.
• Strong analytical skills with data and numbers.
• Able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced startup and e-commerce environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Digital Marketing Certification on Meta and Google Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive KPI metrics across ecomm marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada), Google Shopping, and social media.
• Work with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, and provide ongoing reporting.
• Manage revenue delivery and budgets, including daily optimization and real-time targeting recommendations.
• Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation for growth.
• Manage analytics and performance reporting with clients and provide optimization insights.
