Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive ecommerce marketing for top Brand partners in Indonesia. You will own campaign strategy across marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada, plus Google Shopping and social ads, with a strong focus on data-driven optimization and reporting.

You will work closely with client teams to build plans, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and deliver measurable growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years digital marketing/e-commerce experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads or eCommerce Marketplace Search Ads (Lazada, Shopee).
• Facebook and TikTok Ads experience is a plus.
• Experience in media planning, budgeting, optimizing ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties.
• Experience in tracking (GA, GTM, Facebook Pixel, UTM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics; familiar with GA and Google Marketing Platform.
• Fluent in English; certification in Meta/Facebook and Google Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Google Shopping, and social channels.
• Collaborate with client teams to develop plans and KPIs and provide ongoing reporting.
• Manage revenue delivery and budgets, daily optimizations, and real-time targeting recommendations.
• Create A/B testing frameworks to ensure growth.
• Share performance insights and optimization recommendations with clients.
