Job summary

Hefand in Bandung is seeking a growth-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms. You will drive traffic, conversions, and sales while maintaining a strong data-driven approach.

The role requires 1+ year of experience in paid advertising, familiarity with major platforms, and the ability to run A/B tests and deliver actionable insights through regular reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Ads, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads; Google Ads is a plus.
• Experience working in a brand or digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Analytical, data-driven, result-oriented, and strong in problem-solving and decision-making.
