Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Performance Marketing (Ads Specialist) who is passionate about the beauty industry and driven by sales, growth, and ROI. You will own paid strategies that push traffic, conversions, and revenue.

You will manage Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Google Ads, and other platforms; monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CVR; test audiences and creatives; and collaborate with E-commerce, Content, and Creative teams to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or ads, preferably in beauty.
• Experience managing Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee ads and other platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of conversion funnel, e-commerce metrics and customer journey.
• Growth mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work with targets.
• Familiar with fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

About you

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Ads Specialist preferably in beauty industry
