Job summary

PT Ciptajaya Sejahtera Abadi is seeking a Data and Performance Analyst to support PMO reporting and analyse project performance across schedules, budgets and quality metrics.

You will collect, analyse and interpret data, develop dashboards and reports for senior management, and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/SQL/Python, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or statistics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PMBOK Guide and PMO frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations.
• Experience with data analysis tools and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Create reports including weekly forecasts, lead time analysis and other required performance reports.
• Collect, analyse and interpret project performance data (schedule compliance, budget utilisation, quality metrics, risk exposure).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for various stakeholders, including senior management.
• Identify project trends, anomalies and areas of concern, and conduct root cause analysis as required.
• Evaluate project processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and optimisation.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture best practices and improvement areas.
• Evaluate project risks and issues, and their potential impact on overall project performance.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies based on performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of data for performance reporting.

About you

Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or statistics

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to work with large datasets

Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise and actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences

Strong understanding of project management principles, PMBOK® Guide and PMO frameworks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel advanced level, SQL, Python, R) and visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach to identifying and addressing performance issues

Willing to undertake business travel as required
