About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on People Partner to help build and strengthen our people practices across Wright Partners and our ventures.
You will work closely with leaders and employees to understand people and organisational needs, improve how teams work and perform, and build practical HR processes that support the business.
This role is a mix of people strategy, performance, talent, and hands-on HR, suited for someone who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into action.
Responsibilities
- People Strategy: Identify people and organisational needs and develop practical solutions that support business and team performance.
- Performance & Talent: Own and improve performance reviews, goal setting, feedback, development and talent management processes.
- Manager & Employee Support: Work closely with partners and employees on performance, development, engagement and other people-related matters.
- Team & Organisation Building: Support partners in building effective teams, improving ways of working and addressing capability or organisational gaps.
- HR Operations: Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, BPJS, benefits and HR administration.
- HR Frameworks: Build and improve HR policies, processes and tools as the organisation grows.
- Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, hiring needs and end-to-end recruitment when required.
- People Insights: Use employee feedback and people data to identify issues and support better people decisions.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in HRBP, People Partner, People & Culture, HR Generalist or similar roles.
- Experience working directly with managers or leaders on performance, talent and people-related decisions.
- Experience building or improving HR / people processes and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee development.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR operations.
- Proven experience using AI tools to improve productivity, solve problems or build better ways of working.
- Willingness and ability to learn, test and adopt new AI tools and technologies as they evolve.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with data and using it to support people decisions.
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
