Intrepid Asia in Jakarta seeks an energetic HR Administrator to support onboarding, payroll, and employee services. You will set up new joiner profiles in HiBob, coordinate IT and health-insurance logistics, and maintain accurate HR records across teams.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a degree in HR or related field, and strong Excel skills. You will work closely with the People Team to deliver seamless employee experiences in a fast‑growing ecommerce environment, while helping

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR admin or related experience.
• Degree in HR or Social Sciences or related field.
• Strong command of Excel and Microsoft tools.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsabilités

• Set up new joiner profiles and upload documents in HiBob.
• Coordinate IT and health insurance enrollment and maintain records.
• Process leave requests and issue standard HR letters.
• Manage offboarding steps and exit logistics.
