Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, payroll and employee administration in a dynamic SEA scale-up. You will manage profiles in HiBob, coordinate with IT and health insurance, and handle routine HR requests with accuracy.

Working with the Talent & People Team, you will gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes, participate in offboarding and maintain records while delivering reliable service in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR/People operations or internships encouraged.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new joiners and set up profiles using HiBob and related documents.
• Process monthly payroll support including OT records and reimbursements.
• Handle employee inquiries via Odoo/email and manage leave requests.
• Coordinate offboarding, asset returns, and references within timelines.
