Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di HR, Psikologi, Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.

• Keterampilan organisasi dan koordinasi tugas yang kuat serta kemampuan administrasi.

Responsibilities

• Dukung koordinasi rekrutmen end-to-end, termasuk posting pekerjaan, pencarian kandidat, penjadwalan wawancara, dan tindak lanjut.
• Bantu onboarding dan offboarding karyawan.
• Koordinasikan wawancara antara kandidat dan manajer perekrutan.
• Kelola catatan kandidat dan tracker rekrutmen.
• Dukung branding perusahaan dan inisiatif rekrutmen bila diperlukan.
• Siapkan dokumen karyawan, onboarding, dan catatan personalia.
• Perbarui data karyawan di HRIS (mis. Talenta).

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations & Talent Associate to support both Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in HR functions, specifically Recruitment and/or People Operations who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.

You will work closely with the People Team to ensure smooth recruitment processes, employee administration, and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.

People Operations Support

• Prepare and maintain employee documents, including employment contracts, onboarding documents, and personnel records.
• Update and maintain employee data in HR systems (e.g. Talenta).
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance-related administration.
• Support HR documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship or hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or People Operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Talenta, Darwinbox
• Familiarity with BPJS platform (Edabu, SIPP)
• Interest or basic understanding in HR process automation and workflow optimization


• Familiar or have built automations through LLM such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT


• Retail company experience/experience in hiring blue collars


• Experience in handling recruitment coordination through multiple stakeholders


• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
