Job summary

Lamudi.co.id is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our people agenda with a hands-on, scalable approach. You will focus on talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and building a strong culture while partnering with leadership across the business.

You will design and execute HR programs, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliant, efficient HR operations in a fast-growing proptech company in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 2+ years in a managerial role leading a team.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development or HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit the best talent.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth employee experience.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance review cycle, guiding managers and employees.
• Partner with leaders to address performance and engagement issues early.
• Analyze talent planning trends and develop strategies to close capability gaps.
• Act as first line of support for employee relations issues and escalate when needed.
• Build the company's culture and people engagement as a credible partner.
• Oversee HR operations and ensure payroll is accurate and timely.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and assist with audits.

Overview & Role Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior HR Manager to lead our people agenda. The role requires breadth and depth of knowledge across the HR centers of excellence, combined with true business partnership, with an immediate focus on people acquisition, people experience, and overall people operations excellence. Because the function is lean, this is a hands‑on "player" role: you must have the leadership qualities to not only execute and get work done, but also to provide strategic direction and sound counsel to all employees. You will be strategic in orientation, with strong execution skills and the ability to design, develop, launch, and sustain programs, policies, practices, and processes. Management at Lamudi does not manage from high above — we are builders who don't mind rolling up our sleeves to overcome challenges together with the team.

What a day at work for you will look like

• You will manage the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit the best talent to grow our business
• You will support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• You will coordinate and monitor the performance review cycle, ensuring timely completion and guiding managers and employees through it
• You will partner with leaders to spot performance and engagement issues early, and advise on how to address them
• You will analyze trends from talent planning and performance management, and develop strategies to close capability and succession gaps
• You will act as the first line of support for employee relations issues, escalating complex matters when needed
• You will build the company's culture and people engagement as a credible partner to the organization and its employees
• You will manage the HR operations staff and ensure payroll is prepared accurately and on time
• You will ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and documentation requirements
• You will maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and assist with audits as needed

• A builder and a scaler: Designs and launches programs, policies, and processes from scratch, and keeps them working as the company grows
• A people person: Passionate about helping people, with high emotional intelligence and strong communication and influencing skills across functions and levels
• A trusted partner: High integrity, with a track record of handling sensitive and confidential situations and earning the trust of business leaders and teams
• An analytical thinker: Turns data into clear, actionable recommendations
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources
• At least 2 years as a manager directly leading a team, ideally a recruitment or HR team
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, plus at least one other HR discipline: employee relations, learning & development, organizational development, HR business partnering or HR operations. Experience across 3 or more disciplines is highly beneficial
• Experience in a fast‑growing or startup company is preferred, though not strictly required
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; advanced degree in a related field preferred
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to stay composed in a fast‑paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities and growth goals
