Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, coordinating with managers.
• Administer onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance.
• Handle leave, benefits, and payroll-related inquiries.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance skills.
• Address employee relations concerns and assist in conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and labour standards.
• Prepare HR reports and data analysis for decision-making.
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
