Job summary

Panorama Destination in Bali is seeking a passionate People Development (HR – Learning & Development) professional to join our HR team in Denpasar. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives to grow employee capabilities and organizational performance.

You will design and deliver training programs (soft and technical skills), identify needs from business goals, and manage annual training plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development / People Development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of competency development and performance management.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs (soft and technical skills).

• Coordinate with internal and external trainers.
• Develop onboarding programs and employee development journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement training & development programs (both soft skills and technical skills)


• Identify training needs based on business objectives and organizational requirements


• Manage annual training plans and training budgets


• Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors


• Develop and enhance onboarding programs and employee development journeys


• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development / People Development


• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs

• Good understanding of competency development and performance management


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism industry


• Familiarity with learning tools (LMS, training modules, etc.)


• Relevant certifications in training or HR
