You will contribute to organizational development, propose and execute people development programs, assist in performance management, and conduct research to inform P&C initiatives.
F&B or hospitality experience is a plus; a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or management is required.

Organization Development – Contribute to organizational development initiatives
People Development – Propose and execute people development program
Performance Management – Assist the HR Manager in designing and refining performance management frameworks and KPI systems
Culture & Engagement – Propose materials and execute culture and engagement programs
Research & Insights – Conduct research, benchmarking, and data gathering to develop People & Culture programs
P&C Projects & Improvement – Coordinate and execute P&C projects
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Management
2–3 years of relevant experience in OD, L&D, or people/culture program development (F&B or hospitality group experience is a plus)
Strong track record of independently producing HR materials, frameworks, or research
Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
