Pulau Projects in Bali is seeking detail-oriented People & Culture professionals to support our venues and projects with day-to-day HR operations and people initiatives. You will partner with venue leaders to implement OD, L&D, and culture programs across a growing constellation of experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Management.
• 2–3 years of relevant OD, L&D, or people/culture program development experience (F&B or hospitality group a plus).
• Strong track record of independently producing HR materials, frameworks, or research.
• Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
