Job summary

Havanna Family Reflexology is seeking an HR Manager to lead its human capital strategy and daily HR operations across multiple outlets, strengthening performance and development while embedding a consistent service culture.

The role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment oversight, payroll administration, and compliant HR practices, with emphasis on hospitality standards and employee relations. Female candidates aged 35 or younger are preferred as per hiring requests.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Human Capital.
• Strong knowledge of Human Capital strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Ability to manage recruitment and workforce requirements across multiple outlets.
• Proficiency in payroll administration, performance management, and employee development.
• Understanding of employee relations and employment compliance.
• Ability to develop HR policies and procedures and use HR systems, reporting tools, and employee data effectively.
• Understanding of service culture and hospitality standards.
• Female candidate, aged 35 or below, as specified in the hiring request.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Human Capital strategies, organizational structures, and workforce plans aligned with business needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning across multiple outlets.
• Oversee payroll, employee administration, and HR records.
• Manage performance management processes, including KPI cascading, performance appraisals, and calibration.
• Develop learning and development programs through training needs analysis, curriculum design, and effectiveness evaluation.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain HR systems, employee databases, and reporting tools; use people analytics to support decisions.
• Embed service culture and hospitality standards into HR practices and employee development.
