Job summary

Havanna Family Reflexology in Surabaya seeks an HR Manager to lead its Human Capital strategy and daily HR operations. You will support workforce needs across multiple outlets, strengthen employee performance and development, and embed a consistent service culture.

Responsibilities include shaping organizational design, driving recruitment, payroll, and performance processes, and building impactful HR policies and analytics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Human Capital.
• Strong knowledge of Human Capital strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Ability to manage recruitment and workforce requirements across multiple outlets.
• Proficiency in payroll administration, performance management, and employee development.
• Understanding of employee relations and employment compliance.
• Ability to develop HR policies and procedures and use HR systems, reporting tools, and employee data effectively.
• Understanding of service culture and hospitality standards.
• Female candidate, aged 35 or below, as specified in the hiring request.
