Havanna Family Reflexology is seeking a Brand Specialist to shape and execute our brand strategy, focusing on customer understanding and data-driven decision making. You will work across teams to ensure a consistent brand experience and translate insights into impactful campaigns.

With 1-2 years of relevant experience, you will analyze market trends, develop activations, and explore partnerships to strengthen Havanna's positioning in hospitality, beauty, wellness and consumer touchpoints.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Consumer Insights, or related positions.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand positioning.
• Experience conducting customer research and translating it into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with Havanna's business goals
• Maintain and develop brand positioning, brand identity, and brand messaging across various customer touchpoints
• Conduct customer insights and market analysis to understand needs, behavior, preferences, and trends
• Process and analyze customer and marketing data to identify patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights
• Translate customer insights and market trends into marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Develop and evaluate various brand activations to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer experience, such as events, partnerships, collaborations, and community activations
• Identify and develop strategic partnership and collaboration opportunities to strengthen Havanna's positioning and reach
• Monitor brand and campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations based on data
• Collaborate with Social Media Specialist, Operations, and other teams to ensure consistent brand experience
