Job summary

PT mHealthBank Rising Care is seeking a seasoned Lead for Membership & Onboarding operations to oversee enrolment, policy setup, data management, and card personalization, ensuring accuracy and SLA achievement.

You will monitor team performance, enforce governance and compliance, and coordinate with Claims, Provider, Customer Service, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in health insurance or related operations.
• Experience in Membership, Policy Administration, Onboarding, or similar operations.
• Strong English communication skills and leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including data validation, pivot tables, and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Membership & Onboarding operations: policy setup, enrolment, data management, and card personalization.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, workload, service standards, and operational reports with timely actions.
• Ensure governance/compliance with policies, SOPs, controls, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Claims, Provider, Customer Service, KAM, and clients for issue resolution and continuity.
• Identify gaps and lead/participate in projects to improve efficiency, quality, and processes.

Job description

1. Lead and oversee Membership & Onboarding operations, including policy setup, member enrolment, membership datamanagement, and card personalization, ensuring accuracy, SLA achievement, and smooth service delivery.


2. Monitor team performance and operational activities, including productivity, workload, service standards, and operational reports,and provide timely actions or recommendations to management.


3. Ensure operational governance and compliance by maintaining adherence to company policies, SOPs, service standards, andinternal controls, while identifying and managing operational risks.


4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Claims, Provider, Customer Service, KAM, and clients, to ensureeffective issue resolution, operational alignment, and business continuity.


5. Involved operation improvement process, and project initiatives by identifying process gaps, and actively participating in orleading projects to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and business processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1)


2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance, Health Insurance, TPA, or related insurance/healthcare operations.


3. Experience in Membership, Policy Administration, Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Insurance Operations.


4. Previous experience in Underwriting or TPA operations is preferred


5. Experience in leading or supervising a team, with good people management skills.


6. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.


7. Strong understanding of health insurance and/or TPA operational processes.


8. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling high-volume membership and policy data.


9. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, reconciliation, lookup functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.


10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


11. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting SLA.
