Job summary

PT mHealthBank Rising Care in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a seasoned Client Relations professional to manage corporate accounts and drive growth in health insurance services.

You will handle regular and ad hoc reports, respond to after-sales issues, coordinate with Ops, product, and other functions, and activation programs to link clients with Halodoc.

The role requires 3+ years of corporate client experience, English proficiency, and a proactive, data-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to join as soon as possible.
• Have experience in client relation/client development for corporate client for at least 3 years.
• Familiar with health insurance business & TPA (Sales/Operations)
• Good command in English
• Good command in data analytics & presentation tools
• Able to work in fast paced setting, self driven, and visioner
• Passionate about transforming health service experience
