Job summary

CASCO SEA, part of Casco Automotive Group and an Amphenol company, is seeking a Test/FA Engineer to analyze daily process yield, troubleshoot test methods, and document results within the manufacturing environment. You will work with FA technicians, drive root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949.

A diploma or degree in electrical/electronic engineering and 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive or PCBA background or similar industry.
• SMT Knowledge & Process
• PCBA Knowledge & Schematic
• Electrical & Electronic Components Level understanding
• Testing Method and Tester application
• Root Cause Analysis on the failure finding
• PCBA Debugging Knowledge and Troubleshooting
• Must have good knowledge to use the Measurements tools (DMM / Oscilloscope etc)
• Ensure daily tasks are performed alignment with OHS&E practices and applicable standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and Automotive Quality Management System (IATF 16949)

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily process yield reports that include operator errors, defective products, test equipment defects, RMA defects, and spear corrective actions.
• Failure Analysis for the PCBA / System
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to FA technicians pertaining to defect analysis.
• Troubleshoot and contribute to establish the correct test method. Improves test methods as required
• Documenting test results providing feedback to the manufacturing and engineering teams
• Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.
