Job summary

KT&G TSPM is seeking an experienced HR officer with a focus on payroll management and HRIS systems. You will handle attendance monitoring, compensation components, and benefits fulfillment while collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely execution of HR tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least 2 years’ experience, with strong communication and tech-savviness. The role is office-based with standard 8-hour workdays.

• Minimum 1 year in the same position.
• Proficiency in HRIS & SAP is advantageous.

Working in the Manufacturing Office, indoor office area, cubicle set with an air conditioner. Office-based working environment with intensive use of computers/laptop.

- Work Culture & Conditions :

- Tools & System Used :

HRIS platforms, SAP, Electronic Approval System (EAS), GNIS, Data Analysis (Ms. Excel), Communication Platform (Ms. Teams), and any others system and tools needed

Education

Bachelor Degree of accounting majors or other majors but have at least 2 years’ experience in the same field

Certificates

Prefered have Brevet A & B cetification and Human Capital Staff certification

Other information

Proficiency in HRIS & SAP will be an advantage
