Job summary

Tarumanagara Foundation in Jakarta is seeking a Payroll Staff to join our finance team. You will manage monthly payroll, verify data, and ensure accuracy while handling confidential employee information.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 1 year payroll experience, familiarity with BPJS and PPh 21, and proficiency in Excel and payroll systems. You will collaborate with HR to resolve discrepancies and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 1 year of payroll/HR/finance experience.
• Good understanding of BPJS and PPh 21 regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare and verify payroll data: salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, attendance, and leaves.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data and documentation.
• Assist in calculating PPh 21 and related taxes.
• Reconcile payroll with accounting records.
• Prepare payroll reports for internal and external purposes.
• Coordinate with HR on employee data, attendance, benefits, and deductions.
• Respond to payroll inquiries professionally and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personal info.
• Support payroll audits and related administrative tasks.
