Siloamcareers in Indonesia is seeking an HR Operation Staff focused on payroll to support day-to-day HR administrative functions and ensure accurate payroll processing.

You will handle payroll calculations, HRIS data entry, BPJS administration, and staff contracts, while guiding new hires through orientation.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in payroll or related areas, and strong communication, honesty, and teamwork to help keep operations smooth.

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Psychology/Management preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, finance, or administration.
