Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll administration and HR operations experience.
• Experience with HRIS, attendance systems, and payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Administer payroll transactions including allowances, deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure payroll compliance with policies and local labor regulations.
• Support payroll audits and maintain payroll documentation and records.
• Coordinate with HRIS, attendance systems, and Kronos for accurate payroll integration.
• Prepare HR letters and maintain employee files and documentation.
• Generate payroll, workforce, and compliance reports for management review.
