PT Intera Lestari Polimer in Tangerang seeks a detail-oriented finance staff to manage payments to suppliers and internal departments, issue invoices and bank vouchers, and monitor cash advances. The role supports the company’s manufacturing operations and reporting needs.

You will record journal entries, maintain filing, and prepare balance sheet reports such as local payables, import payables, and cash advances.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a payment or finance staff (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in journal entries, payable subledger management, and filing management.
• Skilled in preparing clear, well-organized reports.
• Meticulous, analytical, and proactive in seeking information.
• Willing to work in Daan Mogot, Tangerang.

Responsabilidades

• Process payments to suppliers/vendors, internal departments, and taxes, including supplier advance payments.
• Issue supplier invoices and bank payment vouchers.
• Monitor outstanding cash advances (kasbon) and ensure they are settled.
• Follow up on cash requests from branches to keep operations running without delays.
• Prepare supporting balance sheet reports (local payables, import payables, and cash advances).
• Record journal entries and manage financial document filing.
