Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a senior Partnerships & Business Development professional to acquire and manage strategic merchant relationships and expand Paylater acceptance in Indonesia. You will drive transaction growth, onboard high-frequency merchants, and collaborate with marketing, product, and risk teams to execute initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working experience, including 4+ years in project work or business development.
• Knowledge of product management and online marketing.
• Experience in business research and analysis, and teamwork.
• Experience in process design and implementation incl. with IT.
• Strong relationships in e-commerce and online business.
• Experience with e-loans and e-payments is an advantage.
• International work environment experience is an advantage.
• Advanced PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; MS Project/Visio are a plus.
• Excellent English skills (oral, reading, writing) are must.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new high-frequency merchants, especially in F&B, Retail, and other consumer segments.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities to grow Paylater usage.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic partners including key e‑commerce players.
• Develop joint business plans and promotional initiatives with partners.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Risk for partnership execution.
• Prepare partnership performance reports and business reviews for management.
