By collaborating with internal teams and building strong relationships with key decision-makers, this role ensures successful client onboarding and satisfaction, contributing to the company's market expansion and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for offline market nd digital industries: This involves researching the market, attending industry events, and networking to find potential customers who would benefit from the company's products or services.
• Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential partners & clients through research, prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conducting market research to understand partner & client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Leading the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our products, value proposition, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Monitoring industry developments, staying updated on market trends, and providing insights to the team for business growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate partnerships, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth.
• Prior experience in business development roles within the retail industries or related industries, including understanding customer needs, product features, and effective sales techniques.
• Proven track record in retail sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing partner relationships, resolving issues, and driving customer retention and advocacy.
