Job summary

Qoala is seeking a Partnerships Associate Manager (Mandarin Speaker) in Jakarta to identify and qualify new business opportunities in offline and digital markets, build a strong pipeline, and lead the full sales cycle to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with internal teams, onboard clients, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers while expanding Qoala's market presence. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
Experience identifying and cultivating partnerships and negotiating agreements.
Background in business development within retail or related industries.
Proven track record in retail sales and achieving targets.
Experience managing partner relationships and driving retention.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; willing to travel beyond Jakarta.
