Job summary

Qoala is seeking an Offline Partnership Associate in Bandung to drive activation and engagement with retail stores. You will partner with the Partnership Manager to analyze and execute the local partner strategy and ensure training for field staff.

Key tasks include achieving AR targets, analyzing drivers of growth, and supporting store-level training and allocation. The role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and data literacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Retail or Electronics gadgets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience or capability in providing training/coaching to field staff or promoter teams.
• Ability to independently read and analyze basic sales data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• High mobility, possesses a personal vehicle, and willing to travel for field assignments to designated new store areas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve at least 5% AR in the first 3 months in the city
• Analyze Key Drivers of GWP and Take Strategic Action
• Support Partner on store-level with Arep Allocation & Training
• Monitor high-attachment rate stores and understand drivers
• Engage & Train low-attachment rate stores
