Dengan sistem kerja hybrid di West Jakarta, peran ini membutuhkan kemampuan membangun hubungan dengan brand, analisis data, dan koordinasi lintas tim untuk menjalankan kampanye dari awal hingga evaluasi.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola hubungan dengan mitra merek untuk mendukung rencana bisnis, kampanye, dan promosi.
• Mengidentifikasi dan mengakuisisi mitra merek baru, khususnya di kategori Fresh & Frozen.
• Mengkoordinasikan dan menjalankan kampanye promosi end-to-end dengan mitra.
• Berkoordinasi dengan Category Managers, Campaign, Ads, dan tim lintas fungsi lainnya.
• Menganalisis data internal dan wawasan pasar untuk usulan kampanye berbasis data.
• Memonitor kinerja kampanye dan aktivitas mitra agar sejalan dengan tujuan bisnis.
• Mendukung inisiatif kemitraan berkelanjutan dan proyek ad hoc lainnya.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage and maintain relationships with branded partners to support business plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Identify and acquire new branded partners, particularly within the Fresh & Frozen categories.

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end campaigns and promotional initiatives with partners.

• Collaborate with Category Managers, Campaign, Ads, and other cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and execution.

• Analyze internal data and market insights to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for campaigns and promotions.

• Monitor campaign performance and partner activities to ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

• Support ongoing partnership initiatives and other ad hoc projects as the team continues to grow and evolve.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in any major.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.

• Experience managing partnerships with brands, vendors, or business partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and priorities.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership beyond the assigned scope.

• Experience in campaign or promotional management is a plus.

• Experience working with Fresh & Frozen products is a plus.

• Experience in Retail or FMCG is a plus.
