Qualifications

• Lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar; pengalaman magang di perusahaan teknologi menjadi nilai tambah.
• Kedetailan perhatian tinggi dan mindset QA yang kuat.
• Kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
• Manajemen waktu yang baik; bisa menangani beberapa tugas.
• Familiar dengan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets, termasuk rumus dasar dan pivot tabel.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pengaturan kampanye dalam aplikasi secara end-to-end menggunakan alat internal.
• Melakukan QC pra-peluncuran dan live campaigns agar berjalan lancar.
• Bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk pengiriman aset kampanye tepat waktu.
• Mengidentifikasi, memecahkan masalah kampanye secara proaktif.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Execute end-to-end in-app campaign setups accurately using internal tools.
• Conduct pre-launch and live campaign Quality Control (QC) to ensure all setups run smoothly and error-free.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaign assets and materials are delivered on time.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign discrepancies or technical issues.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Open to fresh graduates; previous internship experience in a tech company is a strong plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality assurance mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and simple pivot tables.
