Job summary
Grab is hiring an Assistant Manager for Partner Engagement to translate engagement priorities into actionable plans in Jakarta. You will guide city teams on engagement best practices, monitor driver-partner engagement quality, and transform feedback into practical improvements that strengthen our partnership ecosystem.
This role is based onsite at the Jakarta Office. You will work with regional and central teams to ensure alignment, launch programs smoothly, and escalate issues to drive
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- 3–5 years coordinating operations, partner/community programs.
- Proficient in data analysis with MS Excel and spreadsheets.
- Experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
- Experience in facilitating briefings and writing concise updates.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to travel to cities as needed.
- Preferably experience with driver-partner engagement, community programs or CRM/issue-tracking workflows.
Responsibilities
- Drive planning and governance: track plans, owners, deadlines, risks, and follow up until completion.
- Improve community engagement: guide city teams on Kopdar planning, attendance, feedback, metrics.
- Support program launches: prepare briefs, FAQs, readiness checklists; relay feedback to owners.
- Turn feedback into action: summarize insights and issues; coordinate escalation for resolution.
- Improve team processes: maintain guides, maps, and reporting for efficiency.
