Grab is hiring an Assistant Manager for Partner Engagement to translate engagement priorities into actionable plans in Jakarta. You will guide city teams on engagement best practices, monitor driver-partner engagement quality, and transform feedback into practical improvements that strengthen our partnership ecosystem.

This role is based onsite at the Jakarta Office. You will work with regional and central teams to ensure alignment, launch programs smoothly, and escalate issues to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 3–5 years coordinating operations, partner/community programs.
• Proficient in data analysis with MS Excel and spreadsheets.
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Experience in facilitating briefings and writing concise updates.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to travel to cities as needed.
• Preferably experience with driver-partner engagement, community programs or CRM/issue-tracking workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and governance: track plans, owners, deadlines, risks, and follow up until completion.
• Improve community engagement: guide city teams on Kopdar planning, attendance, feedback, metrics.
• Support program launches: prepare briefs, FAQs, readiness checklists; relay feedback to owners.
• Turn feedback into action: summarize insights and issues; coordinate escalation for resolution.
• Improve team processes: maintain guides, maps, and reporting for efficiency.

The Partner Engagement Business Partner team connects Indonesia's central operations priorities with city teams and driver-partners. We provide engagement guidance, coordinate program launches, manage issue escalation, and use field feedback to improve our program continuously. You will work closely with regional and central teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Partner Engagement, you will transform engagement priorities into clear, actionable plans across your assigned territories. You will guide city teams on engagement best practices, monitor community-engagement quality and effectiveness, and translate driver feedback into practical improvements that enhance our partnership ecosystem. You will be based onsite in our Jakarta Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Drive planning and governance: Track engagement plans, identify owners and deadlines, monitor risks and decisions, and follow up consistently until actions are completed as agreed.
• Improve community engagement: Guide city teams on Kopdar planning and execution; review attendance, feedback, follow-up activities, and quality metrics—focusing on meaningful engagement outcomes, not just activity counts.
• Support program launches: Prepare comprehensive briefings, FAQs, and readiness checklists for new programs or changes affecting drivers; relay city team feedback to program owners to ensure successful implementation.
• Turn feedback into action: Summarize territory insights and unresolved issues for internal and regional leaders; coordinate escalation processes where needed to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
• Improve team processes: Maintain current engagement guides, stakeholder maps, and tracking systems; streamline recurring reporting to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in coordinating operations, partner/ community programs
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Ms. Exceland comfortable with spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and presentation tools.
• Experience with KPI tracking and reporting
• Experience in facilitating briefings and write concise updates.
• Working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willingness to visit cities when the work requires it.
• Preferably has experience with driver-partner engagement, community programs or CRM/issue-tracking workflows
