Job summary

StickEarn in Jakarta is seeking a Partner (Community) Engagement Intern to support driver communities and day-to-day coordination. You will help update community databases, communicate with stakeholders, and prepare reports on engagement activities.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup.

As a Partner (Community) Engagement Intern, you will support the team in managing relationships with driver communities, maintaining communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, and operational support.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Partner Engagement team in updating and managing community databases on a daily basis.
• Support in identifying and providing solutions to driver communities' issues.
• Maintain regular communication with driver communities to ensure engagement and alignment.
• Share relevant information and updates related to StickEarn with community partners.
• Produce individual reports related to Partner Engagement activities and progress.
