StickEarn membuka kesempatan magang Vendor & Partnership untuk mahasiswa akhir atau lulusan baru. Anda akan mendukung manajemen vendor, kemitraan, dan dokumentasi operasional di acara, venue, dan proyek produksi.

Peran ini menawarkan pengalaman langsung di perusahaan AdTech yang sedang berkembang dengan setup hybrid di Jakarta, peluang belajar negosiasi, penyusunan proposal sederhana, dan koordinasi lintas fungsi.

Qualifications

• Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau lulusan baru dari jurusan apa pun dipersilakan melamar.
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik diperlukan.

Responsibilities

• Membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan vendor dan mitra.
• Mendukung negosiasi dan persiapan perjanjian vendor untuk efisiensi dan risiko.
• Melakukan riset untuk identifikasi vendor dan peluang kemitraan.
• Memelihara basis data vendor dan dokumentasi terkait.

As a Vendor & Partnership Intern, you will support the team in managing vendor relationships and partnership activities, while gaining hands-on experience in coordination, documentation, and operational processes—especially within events, venues, and production-related projects.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Support the negotiation and preparation of vendor agreements to ensure efficiency and minimize risk.
• Conduct research to identify potential vendors and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
• Assist in compiling project data, reports, and campaign documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of negotiation or contract processes is a plus.
• Previous internship experience in events, venues, or production industries is preferred.
• Ability to create simple proposals or presentations is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with availability to work from Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
